Crock-Pot Beef and Noodles

Place roast in a 4-quart crock-pot with 1 cup water on low heat and allow to cook overnight for 8-9 hours. Shred the meat and add all seasoning packets, onion, and 1 cup water. Allow to cook, on low, another 1-2 hours.
About 15 minutes before serving, bring remaining water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Drain, place in a large serving bowl, and mix in the beef. Makes 10-14 servings.
